ROW ONE LIMITED WARRANTY
Row One warrants to the original purchaser that each piece of Row One furniture will be free from defects in workmanship, given normal use and care, for a period of ONE YEAR of single shift service and TWO YEARS for parts. The upholstery material is warranted for ONE YEAR for product defects only, not tears or punctures. In the event that a claim is placed within these periods, Row One will, at its discretion, either correct the malfunction or replace the chair. Freight is the responsibility of the user.
This Warranty specifically excludes the following: wrinkling or natural marks derived from injuries to the skin during the animal’s life; variations within the leather in grain or in color; burns, cuts or pet damage to the leather; natural stretching of the leather due to stretching and retracting of the leather from everyday use; spills such as acid, solvents, dyes, ink, paint, grease, or other corrosive material or chemicals; normal softening of polyurethane foam cushions, and padding material around the foam. Further excluded are damages or claims caused by incorrect care products used on leather type at hand or improper use, abuse, alteration, rental or commercial use, and natural calamities. This warranty also excludes damages or claims caused by direct exposure to sunlight or to heat sources, including but not limited to, bright lights, radiators, and sun lamps.

White Glove Delivery & Setup
With our Signature White Glove Delivery your furniture will be delivered by a specialized furniture carrier. White glove carriers are different from common carriers in that they provide the customer with many benefits throughout the delivery process.
This Signature Service level provides an appointment setup at your convenience within a 4 hour time window. A two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
