Item Description TheBLADEis Palliser's newest model made exclusively for TheaterSeatStore. This model was designed with thinner arms so that you can maximize the amount of seats in a smaller space. The Blade offers a taller 44 inch seat back to accommodate patrons of all heights. It boasts a chaise style footrest to provide continuous leg support for maximum comfort. The seat back and seat cushion are deeply padded to ensure complete comfort when watching a movie for hours on end. The head rest was designed so you can properly see your TV screen in comfort. This model is upholstered in Top Grain soft leather in a choice of two leather colors, black or chocolate brown. The Cupholders are in stainless steel when purchasing the black leather or brushed bronze with the brown leather. The styling of the Blade would work well in both classic and contemporary settings. This model is our best selling space saving design.

Palliser offers the Blade in a buttery soft leather in two colors: Black and Brown. This leather has a very soft hand and is protected which means it is excellent for everyday use and for families with pets and children. This leather will wear very well over time.
Leather – Five (5) Year Pro-Rated Warranty on Parts The
Palliser warranty covers against seam slippage, tearing, splitting,
cracking and dye transfers from the product. Leather is a natural
material and, as such, each hide reflects its own characteristics. On
average, four to five hides are used on most Palliser sofas. Shading
variations, nicks, scratches and wrinkles are a characteristic of
leather and are not considered defects.
Vinyl and Fabric – One (1) Year Warranty on Parts The
Palliser warranty covers against seam slippage, fraying or dye
transfers from the product. The Palliser warranty does not cover
tearing, pilling, or shrinking. Flattening of nap on velvet or high
pile chenille and microfiber are inherent characteristics of soft plush
fabric, and are in no way considered manufacturer’s defects.
Frames and Springs – Lifetime Warranty on Parts Wood
frames and springs carry a lifetime warranty against breakage. Springs
are covered for breakage due to metal fatigue or pulling loose from
wood frames. Metal frames are warranted against breakage for a period
of two (2) years under normal household use. The term lifetime as it is
used in this warranty is defined as twenty-five (25) years.
Motion Reclining Mechanisms – Limited Lifetime Warranty on Parts Reclining
mechanisms are warranted against material and manufacturing defects.
Warranty is limited to supplier’s availability of parts.
Reclining Chairs, Sofabed Mechanisms and Sofabed Mattresses – Two (2) Year Warranty on Parts Reclining chairs, sofabed mechanisms and sofabed mattresses are warranted against material and manufacturing defects.
Seat Cushion Foam and Fibre-Filled Components – Five (5) Year Pro-Rated Warranty on Parts Seat
cushions are warranted against collapsing. All cushions will soften
with use and will conform to the shape of the user. This softening is
considered normal wear and is in no way considered a manufacturer’s
defect. Fibre-filled seat cushion tops, backs and arms will flatten
with prolonged use. This is inherent to the design of fibre-filled and
fibre-wrapped products. Regular fluffing will prevent internal fibres
from matting and help prolong the vibrancy of these products.
Electric Components – Two (2) Year Warranty on Parts
Electronics are warranted for material and manufacturing defects.
Cover Material
The Palliser warranty does not cover any damages due to improper use,
excessive soiling, improper or unapproved cleaning methods, chemical
treatments, exposure to direct sunlight or color fading. These
instances will void the warranty.
Labor Warranty – Coverage and Limitations
Palliser offers a one (1) year warranty for labor and workmanship
applying to all upholstered sofas, loveseats, chairs, ottomans,
sectionals and sofabeds manufactured by Palliser. Palliser products are
warranted to the original retail consumer, to be free from
manufacturing and parts defects. The warranty takes effect from the
date of delivery to the original retail consumer.
Pro-Rated Warranties
Pro-rated warranties reference the cost of parts covered by Palliser in
the event of a claim. On a five (5) year pro-rated warranty, Palliser
will cover 100% of the cost of parts and labor in year one (1).
Palliser will cover 80% of the cost of parts only in year two (2)., 60%
of the cost of parts only in year three (3), 40% of the cost of parts
only in year four (4), and 20% of the cost of parts only in year five
(5). In each case, with the exception of the first year, the original
retail consumer will be responsible to pay the balance of the cost of
parts.

"As everyone who has posted here must agree, it is not easy buying furniture online. Its hard to buy something for several thousand dollars that you have never had a chance to sit in. Given the poor lack of options locally for ht seating i decided to take a chance and ordered the blade theater seats. They arrived a few days ago and now that they are set up and in use i am loving them. Leather is great, delivery was quick and the overall experience contrary to what i was expecting was excellent. I did have hesitations about the size of the seats because they are marketed as space savers - but this size is what i would consider normal for a seat. I guess home theater seating generally is much bigger."

Very Happy So Far!
"We ordered the curved four-seat configuration with the loveseat in the middle. The seats arrived on time and in good shape. (The largest box had some damage but the loveseat inside was fine.) The seats come with their backs separated from the base but they are simple to assemble. We've had the seats for about two weeks and love them. They are comfortable and nicely padded and they look great. The manual recline "pull" on the loveseat is a little odd because you have to pull up on a loop that's tucked in along the edge of the seat but it works fine. You just have to be careful not to scratch the seat with your fingernails when taking hold of it."

Ordered 9 Chairs for Room
"Order arrived using carrier vendor picked with boxes BADLY damaged to the point 1 chair was no longer even in a box. Forklift rails ran through boxes, bottom of chairs feet sheared off in a few cases. In total 4 chairs damaged. Customer service department was notified while driver was still present. They had pictures before driver left showing how product arrived. Claim filed in May 2011. The repair tech they sent to us advised he could not repair. Customer service department POOR at best. Emails and Messages frequently never responded to. Now we are in September of 2011 and expecting a delivery today for 2 chairs that are being replaced. Can't understand why 2 when 4 are damaged beyond repair according to their tech and tons of pictures submitted repeatedly. Can't get an answer to that still. Assigned customer service rep to help you and when you quit hearing from them and they don't respond you find out they quit and their email is not being monitored by anyone. This is my 3rd Home theater room to furnish but my first from this company and due to customer service my last. As far as the product the manual mechanism is not as smooth as it should be but functional. Chairs that arrived undamaged do look good. This chair was chosen by me because of space issues in that respect it fits well and is ample width to still serve your needs. "

White Glove Delivery & Setup
With our Signature White Glove Delivery your furniture will be delivered by a specialized furniture carrier. White glove carriers are different from common carriers in that they provide the customer with many benefits throughout the delivery process.
This Signature Service level provides an appointment setup at your convenience within a 4 hour time window. A two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
