Each piece in this sofa group is built on a kiln-dried hardwood frame with interlocking joints that provide stability and uniformity across the piece. The frames are designed on computer and the frame pieces are cut by a computer-controlled saw to eliminate waste and assure the pieces are cut to the exacting specifications.

Heavy-gauge sinuous steel springs are attached to the frame with padded clips that eliminate squeaking, and the springs are tied together with coated cables to assure sag-free support for the cushions.
