Product Overview

One of the most distinguishing features of classically-designed living room furniture is the rolled armrests; it brings a relaxed elegance to the scene. This feature is further highlighted in the Klaussner Tolbert Sofa Collection by the use of antiqued nailhead trim that traces the front of the arms. The nailheads are also utilized along the base to draw attention to the carved bun feet.

Additional classic design features of this collection include the beaded front rail, knife-edge back cushions, T-style seat cushions and welted seams.

Each piece of furniture in this collection (sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman) is built on a kiln-dried hardwood frame with interlocking joints and corner block supports. The frame edges are padded to eliminate sharp edges and to protect the upholstery from damage as it is stretched over the frame. Heavy-gauge sinuous steel springs are attached to the frame with squeak-eliminating padded spring clips.

The seat cushions are filled with high-density soy-based foam padding that is wrapped in a plush polyester fiber pad; this combination creates a firm yet soft seating surface. When combined with the fiber-filled back cushions, you are treated to a seating experience unlike any other.
