Turn your family room into an imperial palace with the Michael Amini Imperial Court 79815-CHPGN-40 Wood Trim Sofa. The design of this sofa was inspired by the palaces of Russia and Versailles, France.

The brass metal accent pieces and intricately hand-carved details in the wood trim are reminiscent of the detailed carvings found in the colonnaded rooms of the aforementioned palaces. As in the palaces, the wood carvings are colored gold to add greater detail to the piece as a whole; the rest of the wood trim has a Radiant Chestnut finish.

The sofa itself is built on a kiln-dried hardwood frame that resist warping and cracking; all major stress points are reinforced with brackets and the corners have additional stability blocks glued and screwed into place.

Pocket coil springs support the seat cushion while sinuous springs support the back. The seat cushion consists of a high-density foam pad that is wrapped around a down-blend core. The back cushion features a thick foam pad underneath a fiber pad.

The upholstery is a rich blend of fabrics and features embossed leaf patterns. Several accent pillows are included for additional comfort and style. The pillow are stuffed with a feather and down blend.
