The Melange-colored wood trim perfectly complements the beige-colored upholstery. The trim also has intricate leaf and shell carvings that were done by hand. The upholstery is a blend of rich, top-end fabrics that is a soft as it is durable. Button-tufted seat and back cushions add more intrigue to the piece.

This sofa is built on a kiln-dried hardwood frame that is reinforced with brackets at all of the stress points and has blocks in each corner. Individual pocket coil springs support the seat cushion while the back is supported by sinuous steel springs.

Both the seat and back cushions are designed for superior support and comfort. The back cushion consists of a plush fiber pad atop a thick foam pad. The seat cushion features a down-blend core that is wrapped in high-density foam padding.
