Frames: 5 Years

There is a 5-year limited warranty on frames against breakage under regular use, care, and conditions due to defects in workmanship or materials, provided the item is covered in the original fabric.

Cushions: 3 Years

There is a 3-year limited warranty on all foam seat cushion cores against defects in workmanship and material under regular use, care, and conditions. All cushions and filling material will soften and conform to the user's shape over time, and these qualities should not be considered manufacturing defects.

Springs and Mechanisms: 5 Years

There is a 5-year limited warranty on springs & swivel, glider, and sleeper mechanisms against defects in workmanship and material under regular use, care, and conditions.

Sleeper Mattresses: 3 Years

All sleeper mattresses are warranted for 3 years against defects in workmanship and materials under regular use, care, and conditions.

NOTE: The mattress folded inside the mechanism may crease at the fold lines. This is considered not a defect in the mattress.

Fabric: 1 Year

Fusion Furniture fabrics are warranted for one year to be free from manufacturing and workmanship defects, seam failure, fabric separation, and nap loss under normal use, care, and conditions. This warranty does not cover wrinkling, piling, stains, fading, or damage caused by pets and is not valid where there is evidence of misuse, accidents, abuse, or negligence.
