All cushions and filling material will soften and conform to the user's shape over time, and these qualities should not be considered manufacturing defects.

Springs and Mechanisms: 5 Years

There is a 5-year limited warranty on springs & swivel, glider, and sleeper mechanisms against defects in workmanship and material under regular use, care, and conditions.

Sleeper Mattresses: 3 Years

All sleeper mattresses are warranted for 3 years against defects in workmanship and materials under regular use, care, and conditions.

NOTE: The mattress folded inside the mechanism may crease at the fold lines. This is considered not a defect in the mattress.

Fabric: 1 Year

Fusion Furniture fabrics are warranted for one year to be free from manufacturing and workmanship defects, seam failure, fabric separation, and nap loss under normal use, care, and conditions.
