Epicenters Austin Townes Sofa The ends of the sofa are decorated with straps of distressed leather buckled with antique oil-rubbed bronze. The exposed wood of the arms and legs is wire brushed to bring out the grain of the wood; in addition to the four back and seat cushions, constructed with pocket coils and down blend, the sofa comes with two 19 x 19 toss pillows.
Epicenter Austin Rainey Street Door Chest The Rainey Street Door Chest has the feeling of a repurposed industrial cabinet with modern amenities: handsome drawer pulls, a stylishly simple base, and a roomy cabinet with an adjustable shelf. The chest’s Bad Penny finish has an artfully mottled texture.
Rosedale Cocktail Table Square tapered legs support a highly dimensional top inlaid with a classic Southwestern design. The Rosedale Cocktail Table is constructed of hardwood solids and veneered with pieces of thick cut elm in varying height, hand-rubbed, scraped and wire brushed to bring out the beauty of the wood.

Spring System – Limited Five (5) Year Warranty
Subject to the General limitations contained herein, the spring system is warranted by ART® Furniture against defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of five (5) years to the original purchaser, as long as it remains in the original fabric or leather, and is used under normal wear and normal conditions.
Cushions – Limited One (1) Year Warranty
Subject to the General Limitations contained herein, cushions are warranted by ART® Furniture against the abnormal loss of resiliency for one (1) year
from the date of purchase by the original purchaser, as long as the cushion is used under normal wear and normal conditions.
Abnormal wear and loss of resiliency should not be confused with flattening of the foam and fibers, which are considered normal wear and are not considered
defects under this warranty.
Fabric and Leather – Limited One (1) Year Warranty
Subject to the General Limitations contained herein, fabric and leather coverings, are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for one (1)
year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser against seam slippage, mis-weaves, breakdown, shrinkage, loss of nap, and dye transfer as long as the
upholstered furniture is used under normal wear and normal conditions.
