We offer several delivery tiers for orders over $1,000 (continental US only): In-Home Standard Delivery (Free) – delivered in original packaging to the first dry, safe area; Room-of-Choice Delivery ($99) – delivered to your specified room in original packaging; White Glove Delivery ($199) – includes unpacking, assembly, placement in your chosen room, and removal of all packaging.

You may return your furniture within 30 days of delivery, provided it's in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are typically 15% of the order total plus any pickup fees. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving returned items and issued back to the original payment method (7–10 business days to clear) or by paper check if the original card is inactive.

Orders can be canceled at no charge unless they are already in production or shipping, in which case cancellation or return shipping fees may apply.

If packaging is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact customer service within 48 hours. For White Glove deliveries, the team will inspect the item, but damage should still be reported within 48 hours. Depending on the situation, we may repair, replace, or allow a return under the standard policy.
