How do I file a claim for my Extended 5yr Warranty?

Overview

The Extended 5 Year Warranty covers accidental damage that is not covered by a manufacturer's warranty. This policy is an option that is available for purchase at the time of purchase of the furniture order. The policy may be added at any time prior to delivery by contacting Sofas and Sectionals and is effective for 5 years from the date you take delivery of your new furniture.

How to File a Claim

Have the Store Name (Sofas and Sectionals/TruRooms, Inc) and your sales order number handy then reach out to Uniters as follows:

What is Covered (please see the attached link for the full warranty)

Accidental Stains or Damage:
• All accidental stains (excluding accumulation defined as a
gradual buildup of dirt, dust, body oils and perspiration that
cannot be attributed to a single occurrence);
• Accidental rips, tears, burns, and punctures;
• Accidental scratch, gouge, chip, puncture or dent that
penetrate the top coat of hard surface finish; and
• Water or Beverage Marks or Rings

Structural Failures:

• A structural or component failure due to a defect in materials
and workmanship during normal residential use. Includes
breakage of frames, glass, mirrors, mechanisms, welds, swivel
bases, recliner handles and assembled joints and includes
component mechanical and electrical failures such as defective
motors, massagers, vibrating units and heaters;
• Checking, cracking, bubbling or peeling of the coating of finish
on hard surfaces;
• Seam and stitching separation; zippers, buttons and tufted
buttons
