Charlotte Loveseat (Made to order fabrics)

The Charlotte loveseat is proof that a small outdoor room does not have to give up real upholstery. At 57 inches with a 47 inch seat, it holds two adults in a footprint that fits a balcony, a sunroom corner or the short side of an L shaped porch, and it comes standard with Lane Venture's ultimate outdoor cushion.

Design and Construction

Each interlocking, engineered frame is built from multiple layers of premium outdoor Baltic birch plywood made in the USA and coated in an outdoor finishing material, with stainless steel hardware at every construction point. The piece is tightly upholstered, with loose seat and back cushions and no slipcovers, so the tailoring stays crisp. Cast aluminum legs lift the frame off the floor, which keeps the profile from looking heavy despite the substantial 119 pound build.

Comfort and Seating

Seating measures 47 inches wide by 21 inches deep at a 20 inch height, with arms at 24 inches. The 20 inch seat height is closer to indoor furniture than to typical low slung patio seating, which makes the Charlotte loveseat easy to get in and out of and comfortable to eat from with a plate in hand. Twenty one inches of depth is supportive rather than sprawling, right for a piece meant to be used daily in a compact space.

Fabric and Finish Options

Tightly upholstered over cast aluminum legs, with loose seat and back cushions and no slipcover, so the fabric is the finished look. Choose from the full Lane Venture performance collection, solution dyed so color runs through each fiber rather than resting on top of it.
