Craftmaster furniture is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the frame, protecting the original purchaser against manufacturing defects for the life of the product under normal residential use.

Seat cushions are warranted for 10 years against abnormal loss of resiliency, while springs are covered for 5 years. Sleeper mattresses and mechanisms carry a 5-year warranty, with mechanical components covered for 3 years. Motion mechanisms are warranted for 3 years, and electrical components for 1 year.

Back cushions and toss pillows are covered for 1 year, as are fabrics and leather, which are warranted against seam failure and fabric separation under normal use.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear, fabric wrinkling, comfort preferences, stains, improper care, commercial use, or damage caused by misuse, pets, or unauthorized repairs. Proof of purchase is required, and warranty service must be performed through an authorized Craftmaster dealer.
