The Franklin 572 Presley is Franklin's best selling sectional sofa and now this great reclining furniture brand have introduced a new cover on this popular model. The new cover is a lighter brown faux leather cover that is rich in texture and very soft to the touch.
This sectional is now available in power or manual recline where power allows for a recline mechanism that will recline to any angle in the range of motion. Also, every seat in this collection has the in-demand chaise style foot rest that provides full leg support with no gaps in the foot rest.
Feature rich with hidden storage, cup holders and hidden lighting make the Presley sectional ideal for your new living room or entertainment room. The end facing chaise style seat allows for a comfortable stretch at the end of a long day at work.
Each seat back is split into two panels that bolster the padding in the seat back and allow for long lasting shape and form. The seat back itself is a respectable 41 inches high and Smart Features can be added like lumbar massage.

Upholstered in a thick faux leather coded as 8311-15. This fabric is extremely durable, easy to clean and maintain, and excellent for every day use. It consists of 90% polyester and 10% polyurethane.
Faux leather is made of fabric that is meant to look like leather but at a fraction of the cost. It is stain and scuff resilient and will wear very well over time.

Lifetime Warranty The reclining mechanism, all other metal parts, and the wooden frame parts in the furniture are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the mechanism or frame, as the case maybe. “Lifetime” means the normal, useful life as determined by the manufacturer.
Five Year Warranty Sleeper mattresses are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five years from the date of sale to the original purchaser.
One Year Warranty With the exception of fabric and other covers, all the components of this furniture are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of sale to the original purchaser.
Limitations On Warranty
The warranty contained herein shall be in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages under the warranty is excluded. Some states do not allow limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. The following additional limitations apply to all warranties contained herein:
- The warranties extend to the original purchaser only and are not transferable.
- The warranties do not apply to rental, business, commercial, institutional or other non-residential use.
- Fabric, leather and other covers are excluded from warranties.
- The warranties do not apply to any condition caused by damage, improper use, or abuse occurring after the date of sale to the original purchaser. Such damage, improper use or abuse will void all warranties.
- All warranties are subject to the availability of repair or replacement parts.
