Product Overview
The Franklin 691 Avery Sofa Collection combines elements of plushness and comfort in a seating experience. The overstuffed arms and back pads will provide the necessary means to alleviate you after a long day at the office. The upholstery for this sofa comes in chenille in a sand color. Some accent pillows are thrown in to provide some touches of color and texture.
Built to last the frames are made of hardwood and are meant to stand the test of time. The springs are made of sinuous steel and provide the balance and support for the cushions. The cushions are padded using a high density foam and will have a welcoming feel to them.
The reclining feature of this sofa allows it to recline to several positions from TV viewing to a 75% recline. There are several upgrade options that are available with this sofa including massage. There is even the option to upgrade the wood on the table to a walnut finish.
The collection has several pieces in it including the reclining sofa with table, a rocking/reclining loveseat, a rocker recliner, a wall proximity recliner and a reclining loveseat glider. With so many options to choose from you're sure to create the look for your home with these pieces.
Upholstered in a thick chenille microfiber called Yanny Sand and coded as 8124-16. This fabric is extremely durable, easy to clean and maintain, and excellent for every day use. It consists of 100% polyester.
This fabric has a sand hue, exactly as shown in the images. All accent pillows are also included with your purchase.

Lifetime Warranty The reclining mechanism, all other metal parts, and the wooden frame parts in the furniture are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the mechanism or frame, as the case maybe. “Lifetime” means the normal, useful life as determined by the manufacturer.
Five Year Warranty Sleeper mattresses are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five years from the date of sale to the original purchaser.
One Year Warranty With the exception of fabric and other covers, all the components of this furniture are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of sale to the original purchaser.
Limitations On Warranty
The warranty contained herein shall be in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages under the warranty is excluded. Some states do not allow limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. The following additional limitations apply to all warranties contained herein:
- The warranties extend to the original purchaser only and are not transferable.

- Fabric, leather and other covers are excluded from warranties.
