The Southern motion Viva Theater Seat offers a truly unique contemporary style that you will find nowhere else. The Viva features dramatically shaped arms trimmed with French seamed detail, which truly brings style to an innovative category. These same French seams are used multiple times in the center back to give an automotive feel to the piece. Additionally, each arm has a cup holder. This authentic Southern Motion design is not only beautiful, but defines comfort for the ultimate home theater seating experience. The Viva boast a 42 inch seat back that will provide full head support for most individuals. Also, plush seat cushions with 1.8 high-density foam wrapped in Dacron provides superior comfort.
The seat back supplies adequate support for both lower lumbar and upper back. This follows through with a chaise style footrest providing head-to-toe support. Southern Motion offers a variety of choices in color as well as additives, such as power recline. Another feature available with the Southern Motion Viva is a dual USB port placed in the middle of the recline switch that makes charging your electronics an easy task. Southern Motion lets you upholster this model in all of their fabrics, leathers and bonded leathers in hundreds of colors. Not matter if you choose bold black or a ravishing red this high-class recliner will look great standing alone or in rows.

UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE LIMITED WARRANTY
RECLINING MECHANISM - LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: The black metal patented parts of the RECLINING MECHANISM carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty. The reclining mechanism is warranted to be free of defects for as long as you, the original consumer owns the furniture.
MATTRESSES/WOODEN FRAME/SPRINGS - FIVE (5) YEAR WARRANTY: Sleeper mechanisms, mattresses, wooden frame components, and springs, are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for FIVE (5) years from the date of sale.
MOTORS/MASSAGE UNITS - ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Motors, massage units, wiring, hand wands, foam, all other electrical components, and seat cores are warranted to be free of defects in manufacturing and workmanship for ONE (1) year from the date of sale.
FABRIC/LEATHER - ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Southern Motion warrants all our upholstery fabrics and leathers against defective materials and workmanship for ONE (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers seam failure, fabric separation, and nap loss. Excluded from warranty are cover pilling, fading, stretching, and dye lots.
Natural markings such as scars, brands, grain variations, wrinkles, etc., will be considered normal characteristics and not construed as defects. Nature’s trademarks leave no two cow hides the same, so color variations could occur. Where there is evidence of excessive soiling, improper cleaning, abuse, or where the fabric or leather has had some form of chemical applied, the fabric / leather warranty will not apply.
SERVICE/CLAIMS Southern Motion will honor reasonable and customary labor charges for a period of one year from the original date of sale for the purpose of repair or replacing warranty parts. Warranty service should be performed by a Southern Motion dealer.
Southern Motion designs its products for placement for residential use only. Placement in rental property, institutions, or any other excessive application voids our warranty.
Claims for service must be accompanied further by the necessary information to satisfy warranty requirements. We re- serve the right to require defective parts be returned to the factory upon request.
In the event of improper use or damage after the sale, this warranty does not apply. Also, this warranty does not cover pick up, inspection, cartoning, or freight charges. Should you have any question concerning this warranty, please contact your local authorized Southern Motion dealer.
