At Best Home Furnishings, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. To help you understand your coverage, we have summarized our standard warranty policies, safety guidelines, and claim procedures below.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience a manufacturing defect, please contact the retail dealer where you originally purchased the furniture.

To process your claim, you must provide the following information (located on the ID tag attached to your furniture's frame):

• 13-Digit Identification (ID) Number
• Model Number
• Fabric Number

Warranty Coverage at a Glance

This limited warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser for normal household use. Warranties covering parts do not include allowances for labor or installation.

What is Not Covered (Exclusions)

To ensure fair treatment, our warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover:

• Normal Wear and Tear: This includes the natural softening, flattening, or wrinkling of foam and fibers (unless core foam resiliency drops by more than 10%), as well as natural leather characteristics like wrinkles or fading.
• Improper Care or Abuse: Damage caused by pets, burns, cuts, watermarks, harsh cleaning agents, or exposure to extreme temperatures/humidity.
• Unauthorized Modifications: Applying aftermarket protective coatings to the fabric will void the warranty.
• Commercial Use: The warranty covers normal household and home-office use only.
• Weight Limit Exceedance: Damage resulting from exceeding the specific weight capacity of power/lift features.
• Shipping & Transportation: After the first year of purchase, all shipping costs to and from the factory or local dealer for warranty claims are the responsibility of the consumer. In-home inspection fees are not covered.

Important Safety Guidelines

To keep your household safe and ensure your furniture operates smoothly, please follow these guidelines:

• Moving Parts: Do not let children play on or operate moving chairs unsupervised. Keep extremities away from all moving components.
• Recliner Operation: Only open or close a recliner using its handle and normal body motion. Never force the mechanism by pulling or pushing the footrest. Ensure the mechanism is fully closed before getting up.
• Electrical Care: Position lift, power, heat, or massage cords carefully to avoid pinching, damage, or exposure to flammable materials.
• Proper Usage: Do not sit on ottomans or footstools, as they can tip or break. Use caution when getting in and out of swivel, gliding, or rocking chairs to maintain balance.
• Flammability: Keep all upholstered furniture away from open flames, lit cigarettes, and other ignition sources.
