Product Overview
Using a classic sectional shape with modern simplicity, the Soho II Sectional is a sofa that can fit into traditional, transitional and modern spaces all the same. The sectional sofa features an L-shaped design with a sharp angle that defines its appearance. The sofa features four total areas to sit including its spacious corner seat. There are two wide seats on one end of the sofa with a comfortable chaise lounge extending out from the opposite end. Each of the seat cushions is full of high carbon steel springs that are wrapped with thick foam, giving you a comfortable ride and zero stiffness. There is a track arm on one side of the sectional, while the chaise-end is armless. The sectional measures a total size of 64 inches in length by 92 inches in width, offering plenty of room for the entire family to sit down and relax together.

We use only frames of kiln-dried hardwood, which is sturdy and resistant to warping. Joints are precision-engineered, double-doweled, glued, and stapled. No-sag, sinuous-loop, high-carbon steel springs provide long-lasting comfort and support. Cushions feature five to six-inch foam core wrapped with two layers of extra-thick Dacron® and then completely enclosed in a protective wrap of non-woven material to ensure a top-quality feel and proven durability. Lazar Industries offers the purchaser the following limited warranties:
A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON FRAME AND SPRING CONSTRUCTION A THREE-YEAR WARRANTY ON FOAM A ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
Note: Items are warranted to be from manufacturing defects under normal use in a residential setting. Normal softening and flattening of foam and fibers is not considered a defect. The item must remain upholstered in the original fabric. Textiles are not warranted against fading, dye lot failure, wearing, or any damage resulting from any cleaning process, substance, or operation.
Service/Repair Policy To obtain service under these warranties, problems must be reported to the dealer. A copy of the original sales receipt must be presented by the original purchaser. The retailer, not the customer, is to contact Lazar for service arrangements. For more information, contact:
